Pierre Vallet XO is a noble cognac with aromas of dried fruits and dried flowers. Notes of lovely spices bring this XO a very pleasant roundness and richness in the taste, and the intensity of tasting is complemented by a wonderful, long finish, typical of an old cognac. The cognac on the palate is very soft and delicate. Due to its age and unique taste, the XO is recommended to be consumed plain, at room temperature (20 °C). It perfectly matches with white or dark chocolate or fruit desserts.

This cognac is aged for at least 10 years in French Oak Barrels, and the fermentation process takes place at a maximum temperature of 27 °C to keep all the aroma. The distillation itself takes place very slowly with a lot of lees, thanks to which the roundness of the cognac develops along with its concentrated floral character.
