Blason Rosé is the first pink champagne created by Perrier-Jouët. It is a sophisticated composition of 50 pinot noir, pinot meunier and chardonnay wines. The subtle pink color is the result of adding a small amount of red wine made from pinot noir grapes.

Aroma: the aroma of pomegranate and red oranges, beautifully complemented with floral notes

Taste: rich and complex

Finish: long and intense

Grapesy: 50% pinot noir, 25% pinot meunier, 25% chardonnay

Serving: perfect for aperitif, starter, main course and desserts; tastes best at a temperature of around 10-12 °C; goes well with salmon, duck or lamb breast and desserts
