ROSSO Umbria IGT is an exceptional red wine from the Lamborghini estate in Umbria. Harvesting takes place between September and October, depending on the variety, followed by maceration in contact with the skins for a period of fifteen days. Alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel barrels, and then the wine goes into French oak barrels for six months.

With a beautiful, intense ruby red color and slightly spicy aromas, the wine is balanced, refined and elegant. On the palate, it has good concentration and harmonious tannins.

It pairs well with pasta, risotto, roasted white and red meats, freshwater fish and cheeses.
