Metodo Classico Millesimato Bio is an organic sparkling wine of the highest quality. The grapes are hand-picked and carefully selected. Cultivated at a planting density of 5000 vines per hectare with a yield of 6000 kg of fruit per hectare. The wine matures for 36 months before bottling. Light yellow color with golden notes. Intense and aromatic bouquet. Very fresh, yet delicate and pleasantly persistent.

The Lamborghini vineyard is a 100 hectare estate located on the border of Umbria and Tuscany. It was purchased by Ferruccio Lamborghini in the 1960s, who, after retiring from his famous car manufacturing business, decided to return to his roots: being a farmer.
