Excellent dry white wine, aged in French and American oak barrels for 8 months. It is produced exclusively from carefully selected Chardonnay grapes from the best vineyards in the Adelaide Hills. Complex fruity character, complemented by flavors of nut and cedar oak. Perfect with fish and white meats.
