ROSE Umbria IGT is a rosé wine made from selected Merlot grapes. The grapes are harvested from late August to early September. During the production process, the grapes are drained in a press and the harvested must is fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel barrels.

The taste shows ripe tannins and well-balanced acidity. Juicy, with tangerine zest on the finish, making the wine refreshing and delicate. It pairs well with all kinds of appetizers, as well as first courses, fish soups and all vegetable dishes. Its character also makes it an ideal accompaniment to quick snacks.
