Sparkling 0% Gold is a completely alcohol-free, organic sparkling wine. Traditionally, non-alcoholic wines are made from natural wine, through dealcoholization. Unfortunately, this process leaves some trace amounts of alcohol, plus there is often a loss of flavor. In the production process of Sparkling 0% Gold, no alcohol is allowed to form. Carbon dioxide of natural origin is added to the must of organic white grapes, in which alcoholic fermentation does not begin under the influence of cold. The result is a 100 percent alcohol-free wine with full flavor.

This captivating straw-colored wine is based on one of the most noble grape varieties – glera from the Veneto region of Italy. It exudes intense aromas of white fruits and flowers. It is characterized by a fresh and delicate taste, complemented by lively carbon dioxide.
