Mumm Demi-Sec is the House’s gourmet signature champagne: a cuvée that perpetuates the fine tradition of dessert champagnes. Predominantly crafted from Pinot Meunier grapes (60%). Completed with a subtle blend of Pinot Noir grapes (30%) and Chardonnay grapes (10%). 15 months of cellar ageing. A high dosage of 40 grams per litre.
