Ballantine’s Brasil is a flavoured variety and a new member of the Ballantine’s family. The production process is time-consuming and requires great precision. To obtain the perfect balance between the flavours of Scotch whisky and refreshing Brazilian limes, specially prepared peels are added at the last stage of aging in casks for 2 weeks of maceration. The spirit is then ready for bottling.
