UNIQUE PRODUCTION PROCESS

This product is distinguished by its amber color, and its uniqueness is already revealed at the production stage. Ambroeus is produced by mimicking the vermouth production process, but without creating alcohol. The process begins with the dealkolization of two wines – Pinot Gris and Sangiovese, through a reverse osmosis process. This aperitif is distilled in Piedmont – the homeland of vermouth – with extracts produced in a non-industrial way, respecting the land and its ecosystem.
