The winery was founded in 1870 by Abraham Teperberg and his son Zeev Zaid Teperberg. Managed by Moti Teperberg, it is now one of Israel’s leading wineries, producing more than 100 varieties of wine and grape juice. The company sells more than 4 million bottles a year worldwide. Teperberg is one of Israel’s best-known wineries.

An expressive, rich white wine that permeates with aromas of wood, nuts and vanilla, with outstanding citrus fruit flavours. Full-bodied, intense and fresh flavours, with a firm finish. The grapes arrive at the vineyard in the early morning after being mechanically harvested and are immediately subjected to a delicate, rapid processing to obtain a high quality white mousse. After fermentation, the wine is transferred to new French oak barrels for maturation for 4-6 months. The wine does not undergo malolactic fermentation to preserve its fresh characteristics.
